About the event
Vertical Visions: Get It Off Your Chest is a summer film workshop for teen girls ages 14–18, designed to help participants turn real-life experiences into short films using their phones. Held June 16–25 from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM at Da Vinci Schools in El Segundo, the workshop gives teen girls a creative space to find their voice, build confidence, connect with others, and share their stories in an honest, empowering way.
To apply, participants must complete the registration form, include a 150-word essay answering: “Why are you a Diamond in the RAW just waiting to explore the world?” and submit the application by email to diamondintheraw@gmail.com. Participants must also have access to an iPhone or Android phone to create their short film during the workshop.
