My experience as a Diamond in the RAW participant: First and foremost I never thought I was going remain in the program. However, ended up loving the program, all the guest speakers and all the staff members who took their time out to help us during the program. The best field trip was FOX studios, thanks to Crista Jackson.

I had the chance to be on a set, meet cast members and witness first hand filmmaking. Additionally, I had a great time filming our short movie “Sleepless Night.” The program has opened and furthered my interest as a (DP) director in photography. I had never put thought about being a DP until now.

I just want to thank everyone for believing in me when I couldn’t even believe in myself, encouraging me to think outside the box and for given me the tools to believe in myself.
